I will give some combinations but i highly encourage experimenting. Basic: red onion, bacon bits Fruity: pear, walnuts, goat cheese Fish: salmon, spinach, caper, red onion Sweet: apple, cinnamon, sugar, almonds

Ingredients
- 500gr flour
- 300ml lukewarm water
- 7gr yeast (1 package)
- 10gr salt
- 3tbps olive oil
- 200gr creme fraiche
Directions
- Mix the yeast and water and let it bloom this takes about 10 min
- In a mixing bowl sift in the flour and add everything except the creme fraiche
- Mix till it comes togheter than transfer to a floured workbench and knead for 10min
- Lightly oil the mixing bowl and place the dough in it cover and let it rise in a warm spot for 60-90min(it should double in size)
- Preheat the oven to 250c(500f) and place either a pizza stone or metal tray in there to heat up
- In the mean time take out your dough cut in to 4 and on a floured workbench roll out as thin as possible into a oval shape
- Take the back of a spoon and smear a layer of creme fraiche on one side and add your toppings
- Take the stone or tray out of the oven and place parchment on it place your flammkuchen on top and cook for 12-20 till golden brown
