I think I will need some more time to see how the data unfolds, but my initial feedback is that geographic based metric are likely to become highly troublesome.

I mentioned before that you cannot reliably get geoip data for a lot of cached/proxied relays (such as any using Cloudflare in proxy mode), and if freedom, surveillance, jurisdiction, etc. scores are based on location being reliable, it will result in a lot of mismatched information.

Taking my two relays on your list as examples: both are in the same datacentre using Cloudflare proxy (so the true IPs are hidden). One shows Canada (which is incorrect anyway), and the other shows unknown location.

Food for thought! Really like this methodology in general though.
