I see the real divide as being between
1) Statists/socialists/collectivists who want to violate the natural rights to life, liberty and property of others through coercion or aggression to achieve their goals.
2) Anarchists/libertarians/individualists who do not want to aggress on another person's natural rights and want a spontaneous order to emerge from peaceful cooperation and voluntary exchange.
People in both camps can be welcoming or exclusionary, but their political position only matters when the question of how they treat people's natural rights comes up.
Even though it can be for both camps thanks to its neutrality, Bitcoin is most likely for those in the second camp more than the first because the scales are tipped towards the first camp more than ever thanks to fiat money. Bitcoin is a powerful tool for those in the second camp to live the way they want to.
