Just released #0xchat v1.3.1-beta2, continuing to optimize app performance and making it more reliable.

1. Reduced app memory consumption and optimized performance on certain Android devices.
2. Optimized the lag issue with encryption & decryption events.
3. Enabled single-click on a tab to scroll the list to the top.
4. Displayed a default background while images and videos are loading.
5. Improved the experience of sending images and videos.
6. Fixed the issue where push notifications were not disabled after logging out.
7. Fixed the issue where user badges were not refreshing.
8. Fixed the issue where the follow list was stuck in a loading state.
9. Fixed the issue where the wallet balance was incorrect after switching accounts.
