The genie is already out of the bottle at this point. The thing is, the models don't contain the original images. You can grab Flux1 off hugging face and no where in that massive blob of floating point numbers will you ever be able to reconstruct any of the images it was trained off of.
It's completely weird and novel from a copyright perspective.
