One of my fondest memories was hiking the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and sleeping on the Esplanade—one of the large flat rock plateus before the final descent down to the Colorado river.

It was such a wide and vast space with absolute zero artificial light, that you can see the Milky Way and constellations moving across the sky in brilliant hues.

It was truly an awe inspiring moment and I’m grateful to God for His creation and the fact we get to enjoy it.
