That is true. But you can’t just pretend away this problem or “but both sides” all day.

It WILL break. And it WILL descend into violence at some point. The question is HOW MUCH violence and WHO ends up in power when the dust settles.

If you aren’t involved, then you don’t have a say, and whoever wins the upcoming conflict will be the one who makes the rules that they will inevitably try to enforce on you.

Ruby ridge showed us that we cannot PHYSICALLY exit the system, or they will kill us. Gamergate showed that we cannot SPIRITUALLY exit the system, or they will come for our escape vehicle and ram the system down our throats anyway.

As the left continues to spiral, like what the celebration of Charlie Kirk’s assassination has done, you will see more and more a “consensus” (see “the experts” and “respectable sources”) on one side and coalition on the other.

The left that criticize their masters get exiled (tulsi gabbard, Joe Rogan, etc) whereas the right criticizes trump, Vivek, and other figures. Trump got booed at one of his own rallies for ego-stroking about his BS “vaccine”.

I go to bat against the right all the time, but they don’t want to kill me, even the authoritarians on that side.

I can’t say that for the left.

Politics has BECOME culture, because politics is morality at scale. You can’t NOT be involved. The NPCs will never let you.
