fountain_app (nprofile…am06) Oscar Merry (nprofile…ssmk) if I could make a request, I'd LOVE to see NWC in Fountian, either a) have the ability to create NWC strings from the built-in Fountain wallet to use the wallet in other apps or b) use a NWC enabled wallet and replace the built-in Fountian wallet with this NWC wallet or c) both use cases are also acceptable for maximum flexibility, but not needed.
My use case here is for on-boarding musicians and podcasters. If we on-board them to Fountain for music and podcasts, we want to also onboard them to the larger Nostr ecosystem. We do so by having them install primal (nprofile…9kjz).
This current approach creates problems, because users cannot easily zap in both apps. And if they try, it's confusing and they have to go through hurdles and work with split balances.
If Fountian had NWC, a user could add their Fountain wallet to Primal or add their Primal wallet to Fountain. Boom. On-boarding solved and made easy.
The sats must flow and they must flow easily for non-technical people.
