I paid for training and they flaked. The trainer would no show, yet they’d keep trying to charge my card, she’d be late, she didn’t do what I asked, and then when I tried to solve it, they’d give me the runaround.

It was the opposite of the value for value model 😂 it was, “we just charge your card so we don’t have to give you anything”

I’m never joining a gym again. There are very few local gyms anymore where your money stays in the community and they care about actual customer service and helping a person.

Fitness is too centralized.
