I don't know about the Wiebe specifically, but the outdoor edge version of that style knife is the cat's ass. I think I went through 3-4 blades on a moose. You can probably do two deer on one blade, if you are careful. They can be sharpened in a pinch, but it's not worth the time. Blades are cheap and easy to change.
