How can I mass import npubs that I want to follow?

Some clients broke my “account”, so my followers list was empty/zero except on 2 or 3 clients. Thanks to the help of jurjendevries (npub1l77…swft) I have a csv now with all npubs that I used to follow.

How to import them? And where?
