Exactly my thoughts. Their software is full of bugs.
And I would argue that it’s already happening on the hardware side as well. Look at those ugly iMacs. And that “chin” for the webcam that divides the menu bar in two (on MacBooks). They still can get away with it because they are “Apple” and all their legacy and influence; otherwise everyone would be mocking them.
Lastly, their prices are ridiculous now. They were always expensive, but they used to provide high quality and great design. Now, they act as if they were in the fashion business rather than the hardware business. Maybe they think they are Louis Vuitton or something like that. All appearances and no substance.
