We had our first cup yesterday and what an experience…we even forgot to take a picture of the beautiful crema.

So, a while back, we harvested a very tiny amount of wild Liberica (var. Excelsa) #coffee, split it in half and processed one half the traditional way (washed) and the other half made a natural process. We already roasted and tasted the natural but just now are processing the natural. Roasting soon!
