When crime is profitable for whole chains of actors, then maybe “helplessness” can be their strategy😵‍💫😓😬, not a mood🤔.

For me, staying quiet and passive is the same as giving up, also automatically agreeing with

the wrongdoing groups even when you don't agree (actions speak louder than passive behavior).:

"Could it be that when we refuse actions to speak up that we proof them (= bad actors), of our powerlessness?"
