The frequencies, energies, and vibrations in the universe belong to everyone in it.
A group of arrogant bureaucrats telling you under threat of violence what you can and cant do with light, sound, and magnetic waves is arrogance at levels that merit revolution. And yet those bureaucrats demand you pay them and identify yourself to them transmit vibrations across naturally occurring radio frequencies which exist across the universe, or they will come to your house with death devices, and lock you in a cage.
