Reporting

NIP-56 defines reports for spam, abuse, impersonation, and other problems. A report is a signed event that points to the account or content being reported and says what kind of problem the reporter saw.

Reports do not create one central moderator for all of Nostr. Instead, they provide signals that clients, relays, communities, or user tools can use when deciding what to filter or review.
