NIP-65

Relay list metadata

NIP-65 lets a user publish their preferred read and write relays. In Nostr, people can use different relays, so clients need hints about where to look for someone's posts and where to publish replies.

This is like leaving forwarding addresses for your Nostr identity. Other apps can use those relay hints to find your content more reliably instead of guessing at random relays.
