A browser extension app, there are many such apps around, I use the Blockcore wallet it has support for Nostr keys but you'll find several around.
The issue is it won't work on mobiles.

If they run behind Tor then yes they are protected, but do they? most of the relays I see have a domain and ip address?
Perhaps it is a good practice to start hiding Nostr relays behind Tor?
Number of relays won't matter if it is risky now one will run any, or they will run private relays (which is maybe not a bad idea?)

With all the commotion around Phoenix going off the app store in the US, it got me thinking we should have a way to publish apps and provide a way for users to verify the release packages.
Is there a NIP request for a decentralize app store?
Such a store would be able to host (or point to package location)
It would allow users or companies to post a notification that they have verified a release package (compile the source and compare to the release hash, and look in to the commits of the code even)
Users can then make conscious decisions about released packages based on how many notifications of verification a release got.

Bitcoin only is too extreme, if many small businesses accepted "also bitcoin" we could grow the circular economy much faster, now days accepting bitcoin with a lighting terminal is very simple for small businesses (just need a mobile phone and an account).
There are many small merchants that could easily do that, I suspect the problem will be that they will have very little users paying with bitcoin.
