I don’t know enough. It took 10-15 seconds to load the mint list. I waited minutes on the QR code. Everything seemingly worked like normal, just couldn’t get the image. Next time I’m over there I’ll try more.

The rate of change is dependent on the # of days since the genesis block. It’s possible that the # of days from genesis and the rate of change function will not stay intact. There will be a breakpoint. X days after genesis will follow a new function.
Example
For x = 0 -> 10,000 f(x) = x^5.7
For x = 10,001 -> ♾️ f(x) = x^8

I’m calling it. Not sure when. bitcoin will be considered a broken power law.
It will be a power law with a breakpoint in the data and will then follow a different function. It will take years to confirm.
Maybe it will have more than 1 breakpoint.

I basically research this (by taking a serious interest in it. Like those credentials?) and it’s true. But here is the twist. From what I can tell, the unknown known may exist as psychological protection from the trauma caused by the others.
Even brilliant people can get a spike of anxiety walking into a new building for the first time. Why?
Our evolution knows very well how to protect us from others. Why does every dog when threatened roll over and show their belly? The only ones that fight believe they will win, either by signal or force.
The brain is amazing and our presentation as incompetent makes us less threatening and likely to be accepted by the group. People of all intentions and intellect can do this. So is believing in delusions just another successful darwinian strategy?

I’ve done one of those. Heaviest bathroom construction ever. Only thing I think isn’t as good as some options today MIGHT be the tubs. Those 1inch tiles are indestructible. Congrats on the new bathroom. Hope your contractors are worthy.

I struggle with treating certain "anxieties" I have by using mind altering substances. Interestingly, a big part of our brain appears to be made to adopt addictions to help us survive.
Why get out of bed today, nothing to live for, I'll just stay here till I die.
or
I have to get out of bed to have a cigarette. I have to work to buy cigarettes.
It's incredible to me.
I don't think we can reprogram ourselves. There are some things that get hardwired. However, a little encouragement from others, a reason to live, or even shame can go a long way in changing a person.
I don't know what is right, but I agree that we are seeing a lot of symptoms like DMT and other stuff.
I think at the core it is societal/communal volatility and hopelessness that is the underlying cause of anxiety. (plus specific bad things that happen to individuals)
It's going to get really scary when coping doesn't work anymore.

Our dog doesn’t eat when he is feeling really bad. If it’s a regular thing he is probably fine. Hope he’s doing good

Sometimes dogs just get sick. Seems like that to me.
Something that make dogs drool is licking a frog, but doesn’t last that long. If they eat it, it can make them sick, but they usually don’t. He’s nauseous. It’s hard to tell why.
I’m assuming he hasn’t eaten?
