Christ wasn’t a rebel against authority. He is the Authority. He submitted perfectly to the Father and fulfilled the Law. You’re confusing righteousness with rebellion.

“I reject authority but accept truth” is incoherent. Truth has a source. If Christ is truth, He’s also Lord. You can’t have one without the other. You want Jesus as life coach, not King.
Paul’s words don’t contradict Christ’s. You just reject the interpretive framework Christ gave through His commissioned Apostles. That’s not fidelity to Jesus. That’s you deciding you know better than the Church He built.
The needle parable is about wealth because Christ said “How difficult it is for those who have wealth to enter the kingdom” (Mark 10:23). The disciples asked ‘Who then can be saved?’ because they understood He meant material wealth. You’re the one adding layers.

Stay in the fight long enough and one of two things happens:
They reveal the foundation they’re actually standing on, or they reveal they’re standing on nothing at all.
Most people haven’t interrogated their own beliefs. They’ve just assembled a collection of socially acceptable opinions and called it a worldview.
Sustained debate forces them to either build a coherent framework or admit they’re operating on vibes and borrowed arguments.
The ones who can’t concede aren’t defending truth. They’re defending ego. And ego doesn’t survive contact with reality.

Jefferson literally cut out the resurrection and all miracles because he was a Deist who didn’t believe in the supernatural. That’s not “distilling signal from noise.” That’s editing Scripture to match Enlightenment rationalism.

Then he used quantum physics to argue experience can’t be duplicated, as if that proves meaning is subjective. He wasn’t making a narrow claim. He was making a universal one.

America’s foreign policy is not guided by national interest. It is guided by misplaced loyalty. Every year Washington sends $3.8 billion to Israel with no audit, no debate, and no measurable return. Since 1967 we have inherited their conflicts, their enemies, and their intelligence scandals from the USS Liberty to Pollard.
This blind allegiance is not just political. It is theological. A century of dispensationalist heresy convinced millions that modern Israel holds divine status and that aiding a foreign state is serving God. It is not. It has turned faith into foreign policy and worship into warfare.
This loyalty is also bipartisan. It may be the only issue where both parties still agree. That alone speaks volumes. When the ruling class moves in unison, it means the interest being served is not yours.
The cost has been enormous. American credibility is shattered across the Middle East. Our foreign policy serves ideology instead of interest. Even the Church has traded discernment for devotion to a state.
It is time to end blank check diplomacy and theological delusion. An ally respects sovereignty. A faith rooted in truth does not demand servitude to another nation.

I think I finally understand what sets nostr apart.
Nostr isn’t a refuge. It’s a filter. Nostr doesn’t keep people out, it just refuses to subsidize the behaviors that ruined everywhere else. People needing external validation can’t get it here. People needing algorithmic amplification stay quiet. People needing centralized power to enforce their worldview stay away entirely.
What remains is uncomfortably real.
Maybe that’s exactly why most people are afraid to come over.

Retirement, as we imagine it, is a modern myth. A 30-year vacation sold after World War II to make the grind of work seem worth it. But it carries a hidden poison: the belief that work is something to escape rather than something to be fulfilled by.

The tragedy of retirement culture is not that people stop working. It is that they spend decades believing work is something to run from. They hate their jobs, resent responsibility, and dream of quitting until quitting finally arrives and meaning disappears with it.
The answer is not to grind yourself into the grave. It is to never stop engaging productively with the world. True fulfillment comes when we see work not as punishment but as participation in something greater. Retirement should be a shift in pace, not a surrender of purpose.
Some will push back at this idea. They believe that once they reach the goal, they will be the exception. They think the emptiness will not touch them. But look around. The older generation right now is among the most unhappy groups you will ever meet. Now you know why.
If your life strategy is built around escaping productivity, you have already lost. The goal is not to retire. The goal is to find work worth doing until you can no longer do it.
Stop planning your escape. Start planning your contribution. Life begins the moment you stop running from work and start building something that matters.

Nobody who’s actually built anything thinks grinding in isolation is worthless. Isolation is where you develop the skills that make you worth connecting with in the first place. You don’t get in the room by needing to be there. You get in the room by becoming someone who belongs there.
The “one powerful connection” crowd mistakes access for value. They think proximity is the asset when really it’s what you bring to the proximity that matters.
What we’re seeing is a generation that watched influencers skip steps and convinced themselves the steps don’t matter. They do. The network doesn’t multiply zero into something. It multiplies what you’ve already built.
The handout mentality disguises itself as networking strategy, but it’s just another way to avoid the work of becoming valuable. You can’t shortcut substance.

You can choose algorithmic feeds and frictionless notifications. But understand what you’re actually choosing: letting someone else decide what you see, when you see it, and whether you get to speak at all.
Sovereignty has a cost. It always has. The question isn’t whether Nostr is harder to use. The question is whether you believe the ability to speak without permission is worth the inconvenience of building it yourself.
