“Medical Milk”
As I walk to get to security for my international flight to Spain with my half drunken gallon of raw milk (and honey) in hand,
3 pre-TSA airport security guards stop me and say,
“Excuse me sir, you can’t bring that milk.”
I respond.
“It’s Medical Milk.”
Confused. They let me pass.
Until one responds, “I hope they let that through.”
He then calls me over to him, daps me up, and says:
“Man, they’ve been poisoning us. I know what you got. I got that too. Sometimes I get the golden one with turmeric. I grew up on my grandmothers farm in North Carolina drinking that stuff. We ate everything from the land. The meat, the milk. Then we moved to LA and I forgot. I’m in my fifties now and went back and remembered what it was like again. I sat there and meditated and ate from the land.”
We continued speaking about milk & God for a few minutes.
He dapped me up again, this time with a hug, and wished me luck on my journey through TSA airport security.
I continued…
I hand the guard my passport and take the photo.
I’m flagged.
I had to go back down and get a new ticket.
I return, smiling and waving at every strange look I receive.
I get back to the passport guard.
She stops me and tells me I need to put my shoes on.
I throw my $2 cvs flops on floor and she lets me through.
Time for EMF blaster security checkpoint.
The first TSA guard tells me I need to throw out the milk…
I say, “It’s Medical Milk.”
He responds, “what’s medical about it?
The moment I’ve been waiting for…
I went OFF listing medical benefits NO pharmaceutical can claim.

The milk gets flagged.
But right before, my other bag did too.
This one for a big brick of 100% cacao from Guatemala.
He talks about how his mother in law from Nicaragua makes a cacao drink he loves.
No issues there. They put it back and hand me the bag.
Then the milk comes through in a tray of its own.
Looking at it like they’ve never seen such a thing before, they say, “what’s this?”

Confused and slightly irritated, they say, “we’ll run some tests.”
He takes it back outside the security area to a separate room.
He returns…
Hands me the milk and says “have a nice day.”
If there is a will there is a way.
This is a success story for health & freedom.

We must normalize asking God before your doctor, professor, or ai bot.

As technology continues to advance through AI and Robotics two paths will unfold- those who fully adopt it and become it (neuralink, ai everything, etc) and those who tap into the technology within the self.
The stormtrooper or the jedi.
We have invisible frequencies that power the internet teleporting sound and light (FaceTime, media, etc) across the world. This technology we DO understand. But the more we study biology, the more we recognize what we DON’T understand about the technology of the human.

The technology we do understand includes a collective internet, transportion of sound and light via vibrational signals across the world, and other great things… so what is the technology of the human capable of? Last Thursday, I delayed my flight to Greece on a gut feeling to go to Washington DC to record screens away content. .
Yesterday @nprofile…kgkk, @nprofile…pgpk , Zoe Rose, and I went and did just that.
After filming at the Capitol, we were hungry so we checked @nprofile…uw5p for a good lunch spot.
We found Buttersworth, a seed oil free restaurant with tallow fries.
When we got there, we saw a man wearing a MAHA hat so Patrick said “hey I like your hat.”
He (Jeffery) went on asking us why we like MAHA.
After telling him that Zoe was commissioned by RFK Jr. for a 80ft mural on “Food As Medicine” for the HHS building and that we were there to record content for screens away,
he went on to tell us he is good friends with Bobby and leads fundraising for MAHA.
He gave us some limited edition hats and invited us to sit with him for lunch with a journalist (Elizabeth) who writes for the MAHA Report.
As lunch progresses, Elizabeth kept saying to Jeffery that they should write a MAHA piece about this story including Zoe’s art, Screens Away, Happy To Be Here (our cacao company), and Upspace (my app - Instagram/Spotify but for health).
They mention they want to connect us to Kyle who runs the MAHA social media.
They suggest me potentially writing for MAHA Report and connecting with all the Upspace health creators to reach a younger audience.
We exchange numbers and part ways.
We head back to Capitol Building to finish recording for Screens Away.
This time we get a shot with a message for MAHA wearing our new MAHA hats (see video attached).
It is was getting late so we discuss going to the White House to film or head home.
Patrick mentions maybe calling Jeffrey to see what he is doing for dinner.
As he says that, Zoe gets a call.
It’s Jeffrey.
He asks us if we can meet him for dinner at Bistro Cacao (the name reminded him to call us because our cacao company) with a bunch of other MAHA people.
We say yes.
We get there and meet Kyle (MAHA social media mentioned above) and many others including the chairman of MAHA PAC and one of the OG Series XM Broadcasters.
None of this was planned.
Now we are in convos with MAHA team who writes for MAHA report, THE MAHA social media manager, and someone with an extensive music distribution background supporting MAHA initiative.
These are three incredible connections to get Screens Away out to more people.
Among other synchronicities, it seems like this song is destined to be birthed.
We will see what happens, but grateful the day and for the opportunity.

My gut tells me the north had more slaves.
The south was kinder.
The north won the war and played the good guys pretending that they ended slavery and never really had it themselves.
The truth is the war was never about slaves. Both sides recruited “minorities” to fight in the war (no different as today).
But North needed it more for their industry.
South is more self sovereign on land.
The Union (north) wanted to centralize power. Centralization requires industry workers (slaves) to work the factories to produce goods (such as food) for cities which don’t have the natural resources to produce themselves.
The Confederates (south) wanted to keep sovereign states.
Abe Lincoln established first ever federal income tax and the precursor to IRS to fund the war.
A few years after, it was deemed unconstitutional.
40 years later, in 1913, the federal income tax is established alongside the IRS in same year (and “coincidentally” the Federal Reserve aka Central Bank).
The next year, in 1914, World War I begins.
History repeats itself.
The perpetuator usually blames others for what they are doing.

What might seem like a great sacrifice to others, in truth, is a great blessing to self.
Ex.
Eating only real food means no ultra processed ice cream, cookies etc.
Many see this as a “sacrifice” and require “discipline” to accomplish.
But eating pure food and only pure food is the greatest blessing.
The body, mind, and soul feels it too.
Once FULLY understood logically, emotionally, and spiritually, it requires NO discipline at all.
It becomes the desired option.
There is no sacrifice.
Story.
One time on a podcast, the interviewer questioned me like I was crazy for having no vices.
She said “come on you gotta have one.”
As I’ve reflected further, why would I have one when the desired choice is pure real food over fake food.
Consuming the fake food to me at this point would be the sacrifice.
This is clear once you’ve experience the other side.
Most who carry these “vices” just simply have not.
Another story.
Just yesterday my Mom invited a priest who was leaving town over for dinner.
She was preparing food, for me included.
I overheard her from the other room, probably explaining the choice of food, that Shaun (me) had lots of discipline and does not give in to this other stuff.
I yelled out, “it’s not discipline.”
Discipline requires lots of mental effort.
Since pure food is my desire over fake food, it is effortless.
There is no sacrifice and no discipline required.
The moral of the story is when you find absolute truth, what might seem like a challenging sacrifice to others, is actually the greatest blessing to self.

A current is the flow of energy and information. The pattern energy makes is the information (1s & 0s).
CURRENTcy is society’s method of carrying energy & information.
My “current” pursuit is to come to a better understanding of how the human body does this and that’s what we should do as a society.
Seems to be a merger of 1-3 would be most aligned.
In other words, decentralized, localized but also singular (one currency maybe a couple different - blood, fascia, nerves…)
In other words, cells just focus on their local area not that of other areas as it directly impacts them. But blood flow/nutrients/energy/information can still be passed on from one area to another as needed.
So most trade and transactions and work is done locally, but outside resources can still be called in as needed.
Right now it’s like the worst possible. Centralized, mostly non local, and a bunch of currencies (inefficient).

Growing up White with 5 white brothers and a white father who are all VERY good people, it always confused me why white peoples were always being accused as racist sexist when this was nothing farther from the truth of my anecdotal experience of knowing hundreds of white people.

Today media is different.
Most of it is consumed via search, social media, and now AI.
If I were to control the narrative, I would control these.
This is another reason why Nostr is important - it makes it harder to control the algorithm.

I don’t have all the data or the answers,
but I do know that,
like cigarettes, artificial dyes, vaccines, and seed oils, the digital world is not a natural one.
And as creatures of nature,
whether created by a big bang, evolution, God, or a combo of all three (depending on your religion),
it is my personal common sensical belief,
alongside lots of supporting anecdotal and experimental evidence that suggests the most optimal way for a human,
and any biological creature,
to live is one fully aligned with the environment they were designed for which is the natural world.

Sugar cane is children’s cocaine.
Both strip our natural abilities.
Both products of fear based, scarcity ridden, addiction controlled minds.
Both propagated by the line of Cain, the same line that was ultimately wiped out by the Great Flood as highlighted in story of Noah’s Ark.
Cain & Abel, the children of Adam Eve, make an offering to God.
Cain becomes jealous of Gods response to Abel and kills Abel.
Sugarcane & Cocaine kill natural ABELility (ability).
Cain was a farmer and claimed dominion over nature.
He gave rise to more sin, industry, and destruction.
Adam & Eve have another son, Seth, who is thought to be the replacement to Abel.
Abel and Seth lineage were shepherds to nature and tended to it.
With time, through Cains leadership, the world became so corrupted.
So, God sent a message to Noah, who was over the lineage of Seth, that he was to build an ark.
Soon after, God sent the great waters that flooded the Earth and only the innocent including Noah, his family, and all the animals were spared and Cains line of destruction came to an end.
