You apply US central banking policy as a template for the world, that's not how it is. Every country, through Keyensian economics, has their OWN ways of issuance. Some have sound reserves i.e. Switzerland, others have no reserves i.e. US dollar based of debt, others are excluded completely i.e. Iran, North Korea, Zimbabwe
Yet you still can get a bond from any of them
contract laws or not, it's based in juristiction and in locale, which is why some currencies are prices higher than others, relative to all these things, ceteris paribus.

you need a re-education. Fiat system isn't the problem, it's the USD based system that is. It's debt, not hard assets.
You need to reframe your thinking here, because for instance the Swiss Francs are strong, most soverign European coins are 'strong' relative to a debt based dollar system.
Lean on FIAT that has hard asset reserves. It's like you creating your own FIAT based off your hard assets i.e. Bitcoin. You could create a MPTF coin as a FIAT basis, if your stack were to ever have enough leverage to do so.

the real climate change 'scam' is using legitimate data to sell products.
I'll give you an example: in 2021 SA experienced it's worst loadshedding even though we have coal capacity and high quality thermal coal. The EU had a 'scheme' where they would fund green energy iniatitves up to ~8 billion Euros.
So what these fuckers were doing was switching off our coal power stations to meet "carbon ceilings" so they could "qualify" for the grant money.
HOWEVER, the whole "scheme" is not cash, it's 8 billion in European companies installing solar and wind farms, and having contracts to run them etc.
The policy isn't lead by actual urgency to fix anyting.
That's the WHOLE ponzi. Take real data around environmental changes, use it to sell product.

Thermal paste is thermal paste, can only get so cool. Heatsink and a good fan are more important imo cause I've run machines without paste or on minimal paste just had a super fast dual fan cooler unit and mainted relatively hot temps, but with paste you're getting better contact.
Rather spend more on that then the paste, you'll get better cooling performance.
