jb55 (npub1xts…kk5s) the Damus push notif server should handle multiple relays.

I sometimes get Damus notifications of a reply on my post only after I reply to it cause they get relayed to the Damus relay only after I reply. But if that post is not on the Damus relay I won’t get notified.
