It means they have no idea and try to collect reaction to figure out.
I always laugh when I see these charts with lines everywhere that are suppose to have a meaning. In the end nobody can know what will happen, some get luck and will be very vocal about it, some will be wrong will never talk about their chart again, probably moved to the next one.
I'm even wondering if someone already try to open a lot of Twitter account, post that price will go up in half of them, down in the other half. Wait for the price action, Delete all wrong account, post again in 50% of the remaining account uptrend, 50% with a downtrend.
