You can build a beskomat or other DIY Bitcoin ATM but it will just send sats to a given address when coins are insered.
If you want to automate buying you would need to use BTCPay server (maybe LNbits can do it too, not sure) and an exchange API where you have fiat to convert, then you could maybe auto-withdraw to the BTCPay Server wallet. If you know more of less the amount you want to buy per month, you might as well automate fiat transfer from your bank account to the exchange.
Fun project but in the end, a bit over complicated for personal DCA, you could just use Relai and auto-buy every fiat you send to them with a recurring transfer and buy order.
